Submitted proposals for 7 new and 10 revised germplasm lines having different unique traits to the Germplasm Registration Committee for registration purpose:

• BPH-- Salkathi, Jhupjhupa, Dhobanumberi & Sahiba .

• Submergence tolerance--Asina, Bhundi, Kalaketaki, Chettivirippu, Kamini, Cherai Pokkali .

• Salinity tolerance -Matchal, Talmugur.

• Drought tolerance- Zingsaingma, CR 143-2-2, SRD 01/17, BCPW-30.

• Very High Grain Weight (1000 grain wt.-50 gms)- Dubraj.

• Heavy panicle with high spikelet number-CR 2682-7-1-1, CR 2683-7-1-2-3-2.

• Long panicle- CR 3697-3-2-3-1-1.

• Photothermic Indexing- CR 2499-68-10{IET 20924(Parent: BG 90/IR 65564-44-2-3)}.

• Got registered for two landraces having Submergence tolerance namely Bhundi and Kalaketaki.

• The other proposals will be submitted with revision as per the suggestion of the Plant Germplasm Registration Committee.
